Education is a lifelong process that does not end when we walk through the doors of a high school or college for the final time. Often, a diploma or degree is just the beginning of life's educational course. For many people, whether high school or college ended yesterday or years ago, the next stop on that journey is Middlesex County College.
For almost 40 years, the mission of Middlesex County College has been to offer affordable, accessible higher education to every person in the county. That means the best possible training for everyone: Students who plan to continue their education in a four-year program; career-minded students seeking employment upon graduation; employees seeking a wider range of skills and knowledge for a career change.
The record shows that the College continues to fulfill this mission. Middlesex County College is New Jersey's single largest provider of transfer students to Rutgers University and New Jersey Institute of Technology; Middlesex County College is also the state's most diverse training center for positions in some of the world's largest corporations, many of which maintain headquarters here in the Garden State.
Middlesex County College has proven its worth to more than 300,000 people who have participated in a vast number of educational opportunities since the College opened its doors in 1966.
