The Biology Department offers courses that service the Nursing, Radiology, Dental Hygiene, Environmental Tech, Chem Tech,  and Medical Tech programs.We also offer our own programs in Science Transfer - Biology, Science Transfer - Preprofessional and Biotechnology. The science transfer programs include subject areas that prepare students for pre-professional programs, pre-medical, pre-veterinary, pre-dental and pre- chiropractic.

Our faculty is seasoned and experienced, many having served the department in excess of 30 years.  We are dedicated to improving the success of our students through our experiences, our knowledge and keeping abreast of the latest instructional technologies available.
