HRI Luncheon Schedule
The popular HRI luncheon series continues for the Spring term. The campus community and the general public are invited to take part in the fine cuisine served by the Banquet and Dining Room Management class. The luncheons take place in the Corral Restaurant on the upper floor of the College Center Building. Student management teams direct the menu from concept through production using classmates as staff. Each item is tested for quality and presentation before the complete menu is approved. All items are prepared in the Food Lab on the first floor of the College Center by students in the course. Service and wait staff are also students in the class. Please stop by to see a working restaurant/classroom in action. Menus are creative and affordably priced.
Call for the exact menu for each luncheon a week in advance as they are
under constant creative development. Subscriptions for luncheons are
available for the entire season.

Place: The Corral Restaurant - Top floor, College Center Building - (Elevator access available)
Price: $5.00 per person - Includes the management team's selection of appetizer, entree with vegetable, bread, dessert, and coffee or tea.
