Shrink to Fit

 

Ever spend too much time fiddling with Excel font sizes, changing styles again and again trying to make all of the necessary text fit into a cell?

There is an easier way!

 

Instead:

·        Just type the text in the cell.

·        Then open the Format, Cells menu option.

Select Shrink To Fit from the dialog box. This setting will automatically change the font sized used in the cell so that all of the text fits and neatly fills the cell space
