Help on the Microsoft Web Site

Need some Help for a specific Word or Excel question?  In addition to calling the Help Desk, you can easily access FAQs, Frequently Asked Questions on the Microsoft web site.

·        Once your program is open, click on the Help menu option listed on the top menu bar.  A drop down menu will appear. 

·        Choose Microsoft On the Web.  There are multiple options included.

·        Select Frequently Asked Questions or another related topic of interest.  Your browser will open and connect to the site.
