Minimizing Windows

Many PC users often have several programs open at one time. You can see them listed along the bottom of the screen on your monitor. There are times that you need to minimize all the programs running to allow you access to your standard desktop screen. One way to do this is to minimize each program one at a time as they come up on your monitor. There is an easier way to minimize all the programs running, all at one time. On your monitor, in the lower right hand corner is the time display. If you bring your mouse cursor to the time and right click your mouse, a small pull down menu appears. Click on “Minimize All Windows” and all the active programs are minimized in one fell swoop.
