Aligning Decimals The tip is for Word 97 and explains how to set up numbered lists so that the decimal is correctly aligned. What this means, is that when you get to the number 10 or 100 in a list, the decimals will be lined up and the numbers will move to the right. This makes for a neater numbered list. Here are the steps:
