Line Spacing for Word 97

 

Here’s a tip for those of you who like to use the keyboard more and the mouse less.  If you would like to change the line spacing on your word document just do the following:

 

·        First, select the text you want to change the spacing on. 

·        Then, hold down the “Control” key along with the number “2” to double-space the selection.  If you want single line spacing hit “Control” plus “1”.  For 1and ˝ line spaces hit “Control” plus “5”.

 

Psssst…If you don’t like it, hit “Control” plus “z” it’s the equivalent of undo
