Using the Scrollbar Buttons

Ever wonder what those little buttons do at the bottom right corner of the Word window?  These are browse buttons which allow you to scroll through documents.

The top button, which looks like two stacked triangles pointing up, is the Browse Up button.  This allows you to scroll up in a document, page by page.

The Browse Down button, which looks like two stacked triangles pointing down allows you to scroll down in a document.

The center button, which looks like a dot, accesses a pop-up palate of things to browse for in the document such as graphics and also gives you quick access to features such as Find and Replace.

To find out what the buttons access on the palate, hold your mouse over the button and the item name will appear in the box below the button.
