Enrollment Instructions

Summer I/II Course Schedule available February 26, 2010

Fall 2010 Course Schedule available March 12, 2010

Visiting Students may come directly to Chambers Hall with a Visiting Student Letter or Form beginning Monday, March 8, 2010, to register for summer I and II classes, or they may apply online and mail the appropriate documentation described below. Visiting students may register for fall beginning March 29, 2010. Summer I and II bills must be paid no later than April 29, 2010. After April 29, summer I and II bills are due the day of registration. The fall bill due date will be announced soon.

Students who are matriculated at a college other than MCC must present a form or letter of permission each semester.
The visiting student form or letter must list the particular MCC course or courses approved for transfer by the home college.
  1. Complete the Quick Admission/Registration Form.
  2. Ask your home college to provide a Visiting Student Form or letter granting you permission to enroll in a specific course(s) at Middlesex. This form exempts you from the MCC placement test for the upcoming semester, as well as any prerequisite course rules. You must present a new Visiting Form or letter each time you enroll at Middlesex.
  3. Mail or fax the Quick Admission/Registration Form and the Visiting Student Form or letter provided by your home college to:

    Mailing Address:
    Middlesex County College
    Office of the Registrar
    2600 Woodbridge Avenue
    P.O. Box 3050
    Edison, NJ 08818-3050

    Fax Number:
    732-906-7785

  4. IMPORTANT: Don’t forget to indicate the section number along with the course code (ex: BIO 111-C2). We cannot process your registration without a section number.
  5. Remember, you may register for no more than 11 credits as a Visiting Student. Students wishing to take 12 or more credits (full-time) must apply to a Middlesex County College degree or certificate program.
