Transcripts

Sending Transcripts to Another College or Recipient

If you need transcripts sent to another college or recipient, but do not want to come to the college to fill out a transcript request form, you can download a Transcript Request form and mail it to the Office of the Registrar. Faxed requests will not be accepted

Please include:

Your name, address, and phone number
Your Social Security Number or ID number
Your signature
Special instructions related to the transcript (hold for grades or diploma information)
The address to which the transcript will be sent.
There is no fee for ordering the transcript.

Online Requests :

If you have an active Campus/Cruiser log-in ID and Password you may now order on-line by Campus Cruiser
     1.       Login to Campus Cruiser
     2.       Click the Web Advisor tab
     3.       Click Request a Transcript

PLEASE NOTE: No transcript will be processed if you have an outstanding financial obligation to the College.
