Under Coach Andrews' leadership, the student-athlete is encouraged to develop both academic adn athletic abilities. Academic scholarship, integrity, leadership and sportsmanship are qualities that Coach Andrews instills in all his players.

The men's soccer team will strive to develop character and maturity through fair play as well as athletic and physical excellence. According to Coach Andrews, soccer encourages life experience through social interaction, respect and tolerance of others.
