Coach Michael Lepore is beginning his 21st year coaching baseball at Middlesex County College. Spending the first 10 years as an assistant coach and the last 10 years as the head coach. He has compiled a record of 221 wins and 117 losses  in those 10 years. Previously, Coach Lepore has coached baseball at Madison Township High School, Cedar Ridge High School, and South River High School, winning close to 300 games as well as four conferences championships and one state championship. In 1998 Coach Lepore was inducted into the New Jersey High School Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame. Coach Lepore has also coached high school football, were he was a part of 5 state championships. Coach Lepore is a retired high school mathematics teacher.

Assistant Baseball Coach Middlesex County College 1998-preseent. Coach Cleffi  has coached high school and college baseball since 1979. Head Baseball Coach at South Brunswick High School for 10 years winning over 125 games. Coach Cleffi won 2 Greater Middlesex Conference Division Titles. He was named GMC Division and Middlesex County Coach of the Year in 1988. Also was the GMC Divison Coach of the year in 1989. He took his team to the State Finals in 1988 & 1989.  Coach Cleffi is a special education teacher at South Brunswick High School for past 27 year.
