Students in the Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management course, Cakes, Decorating and Specialty Techniques, provided assorted desserts as part of the MCC Alumni Association’s 2nd Evening of Good Taste for the Educated Palate. The HRI department offers four associate degree programs: Culinary Arts Management, Dietetic Technology, Hotel/Motel Management and Restaurant/Food Service Management. Also offered are four certificate programs: Baking and Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, Hotel Operations and Restaurant Operations.
