POLICY NO. 3.13.0

1. Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, (OPRA) N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, et seq., the President is authorized to appoint a Custodian of Government Records.
2. The President shall also cause to be developed regulations and procedures to ensure compliance with OPRA.
