State and County College Tenure Act- Multi-Year Contracts for Professional Staff Not Holding Faculty

POLICY NO. 4.6.0

The Board of Trustees has reviewed “The State and County College Tenure Act,” N.J.S.A. 18A:60-6 et seq and has determined that it is in the best interest of the College to award one year contracts to all members of the professional staff who do not hold academic rank.
