Family and Medical Leave Act

POLICY NO. 4.13.0

In compliance with all Federal and State laws, the Board of Trustees authorizes the establishment of a comprehensive State and Federal Family and Medical Leave Act Program for eligible College employees to provide temporary leave from employment to care for specified individuals.
