POLICY:
EQUAL EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY TO HANDICAPPED AND DISABLED PERSONS
WHEREAS, our society is progressing toward making equal opportunities available to all without regard to race, religion, gender, or national origin; and
WHEREAS, Middlesex County college is actively participating in the progression by striving to enable all segments of the community to engage in all its educational functions; and
WHEREAS, handicapped and disabled people need some special architectural, instructional and counseling services to enable them to pursue their higher education;
BE IT RESOLVED that Middlesex County College continues to be committed to the development of a plan that will provide equal educational opportunity to handicapped and disabled persons.
