Student Grants and Scholarships

POLICY NO. 5.10.0

Middlesex County College administration shall pursue and administer grants and loans for eligible students in compliance with applicable federal, state and local legal requirements and guidelines.

Middlesex County College Foundation grants will be processed through Middlesex County College

The authority to pay out a scholarship or loan proceeds to a student by way of an award notification received from the Financial Aid Office.

Student awards shall be applied to their accounts in a timely manner. The award is first applied to unpaid college bills. Any balance will be paid to the student.


The President shall develop procedures for determining and reviewing student eligibility and accountability along with reimbursement of award monies from the appropriate award funding source.
