InterviewStream is provided here as a resource for Middlesex County College students. By clicking below to enter InterviewStream, you acknowledge:
- I am a student at Middlesex County College.
- I will use this resource appropriately for interviewing practice.
- All recorded sessions will be reviewable by the InterviewStream administrators.
- Sessions deemed inappropriate by the administrators will be deleted immediately and without notice.
- Violation of appropriate use, misuse or use by non-MCC students will result in having violators' access to InterviewStream withdrawn and will subject the students to MCC Code of Conduct violations.
To get started:
- Go to InterviewStream using the link below.
- On your first visit,
- click “Get Started” in the middle of the InterviewStream page.
- Complete a short profile and choose your own username and password. You must use your MCC email address (the portal one). Click "Sign Up".
- When returning to InterviewStream after your initial visit, enter your email address in the UserName box (upper right corner) and your password.
- On the Dashboard page, choose: Conduct Interview (if accessing from home, you must have a pc with a webcam). Or you can view a Demonstration, watch the Webinars or Review an interview that you recorded previously.
- Adjust the webcam on top and volume on the right side of the computer screen before beginning the interview. Try to get your upper body into the frame so that you can review your body language as you respond to the interviewer's questions.
- The interviewer will ask you a question and you can then respond. When finished with your response, click the mouse and it will stop recording.
- After each question, you can either “Retry” the response, “Skip” and come back to the question, “Review” to see your response, or choose “OK” to move on.
- When the interview is complete, you will receive an email with a link to view your responses. You can then email your interview to your advisor or career counselor to review and give feedback.
