The Web Design Certificate Program provides participants with the tools needed to design and manage a visually exciting web page.  The course covers a wide array of topics and teaches the participants techniques for using the power of the World Wide Web. The course focuses on how the Internet works, creates web pages and sites and moves files to the server with FTP and direct server connection.  Introduction to FrontPage 2002, HTML, Dream weaver, and fundamentals, of designing web graphics using Photoshop and Flash.
