• Inbound an and outbound freight, the supply chain and warehouse management
• The "Ins and outs" of inventory control, bar coding, RFID, and JIT
• The role systems and software have in e-commerce and the supply chain
• Scheduling to march supply/demand management
• Security, ethics and social responsibility
• Effective communication techniques, and Microsoft Word and Excel skills
