Web Enrollment FAQ's

I don’t know my CampusCruiser/WebAdvisor Log-In ID or Password.  How can I get them?

  • This information is mailed to you after you receive your acceptance.
  • If you are a current student and you don’t know your Log-In ID and Password, or you never received your Log-In ID and Password, or if you’ve forgotten your password, bring a photo ID to the Office of the Registrar, and we will be happy to help.

Can I enroll for all of my classes on the web?

  • You won’t be able to web enroll for a course if: 1) the course is full; 2) it’s a restricted section that requires a signature to enroll; 3) your MCC transcript doesn’t show you’ve taken the course prerequisite.
  • If you haven’t satisfied a course prerequisite, you’ll need to submit written permission from the chairperson of that department to enroll for the course in person.  However, you can still enroll for your other courses on the web.
  • If you’re having trouble enrolling on the web for one or more of your courses and don’t understand why, email the Registrar’s Office at registration@middlesexcc.edu  through your CampusCruiser/WebAdvisor email account. We’ll be happy to help.

Once I have enrolled over the web, can I add and drop classes? 

  • You may change your wintersession schedule through CampusCruiser/WebAdvisor until 11:59PM on December 21, the night before the wintersession term begins.  Once the wintersession term begins on December 22, you may no longer add or drop through the web. You may change your spring schedule through CampusCruiser/WebAdvisor until 11:59PM on January 19.  Once the spring term begins on January 20, you may no longer add or drop through the web; instead, you’ll need to come in person to the Office of the Registrar.
  • An E-mail will always be sent to your CampusCruiser account confirming any enrollment transactions.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, your transaction may not have gone through as expected. Check your schedule under WebAdvisor/My Class Schedule to confirm that your enrollment/add/drop request was successful. If you need help, email the Registrar’s Office at registration@middlesexcc.edu through your CampusCruiser/WebAdvisor email account.

I’m afraid I’ll make a mistake.  Can I get help?

  • Of course!  Email the Registrar’s Office at registration@middlesexcc.edu through your CampusCruiser/WebAdvisor email account with any questions you may have, or come to the Office of the Registrar Chambers Hall. We’ll help you get logged in and walk you through the enrollment process.

How do I get my schedule and tuition bill? 

  • Print your schedule and tuition bill right from your computer screen by clicking on WebAdvisor, then Registration Statement under Registrar Services. 
  • Please note: It is important to print this information yourself, because your schedule and bill will not be mailed to you when you web enroll.

When is my tuition bill due?

  • Wintersession tuition is due December 4, 2008.  After December 4, wintersession tuition is due the day you enroll. Spring tuition is due January 5, 2009.  After January 5, tuition is due the day you enroll.
  • You may pay your tuition through CampusCruiser/WebAdvisor using your credit card.  Click on WebAdvisor, then Student Services.  Under Financial Profile click on Make a Payment.  Please note that if you pay your tuition online, you must pay in full.  You may use Discover, MasterCard or VISA.
