What does the Information Technology (IT) Department do? The Information Technology Department is available to all faculty and staff to deal with the following issues:
Getting Help from the IT Department The Help Desk extension is #4251 or HELP. The Help Desk operates Mon-Fri from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The line is answered by highly skilled Help Desk Support Specialists. They will attempt to help you solve your problems over the phone. If the problem needs to be addressed by other IT staff, the call will be logged in and addressed in the order in which it was called in. IT Help with Campus Cruiser and WebAdvisor Faculty who have Campus Cruiser or WebAdvisor questions can call the main Help Desk at Ext #4251. If you call after business hours, there is voice mail and your call will be returned during business hours. The volume for this line is great during grading periods. The Help Desk has created a document that has the most frequently asked questions about Campus Cruiser and WebCT.
