The current President of Middlesex County College is Dr. Joann LaPerla-Morales.  Reporting directly to the President is Dr. Karen Hays, Vice-President for Academic and Student Affairs.  There are six academic divisions which report directly to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, each division having its own Dean.  The divisions and respective deans are:

Recently, a position of Associate Dean of Remediation has been created and is held by Dr. Anna Class-Rivera who reports directly to Dean Grace Kehrer, the Dean of the Division of Social Sciences and Humanities.
