Foundation Events…Fun and Beneficial

The Middlesex County College Foundation annually sponsors two community fundraising events:

Community Celebration  
> Date:  Thursday, October 2, 2008
> Time:  6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
> Location:   College Center  -  Caferteria C

26th Annual Scholarship Golf Classic
> Date: Monday, October 20, 2008
> Time:  12:00 Noon Shotgun
> Location: Forsgate County Club

Proceeds raised at these events are essential to keeping our mission… “Helping students open doors to their futures with financial aid, scholarships and educational resources,” active and alive.  The scholarship and financial aid needs of deserving MCC students continues to exceed the funds that are available annually.  The participation of individuals, small businesses and corporations are essential to the success of these events.  

These community fundraising events are also a vital tool in building new relationships with corporations, businesses, individual contributors and volunteers.  The MCC Foundation takes pride in the success of these events and how the proceeds are utilized to advance our mission.    

We welcome new volunteers, who are willing to give their time in assisting the Foundation to organize events and  to help expand our contacts within Middlesex County.  The involvement and support of the Foundation’s many volunteers enables the foundation to make a difference in the lives of deserving MCC students, by giving them the opportunity to achieve their academic and career goals.  For more information on how you can make a difference as a volunteer, please call the Foundation at 732-906-2564.
