2010 Annual Scholarship Ball Celebrates MCC’s 45th Anniversary
Middlesex County College Foundation is proud to celebrate Middlesex County College’s 45th anniversary at the 2010 Annual Scholarship Ball. The Ball will serve as the culminating event of the college’s anniversary year with the theme, “Success Starts Here” Past, Present and Future. The foundation will also honor the college’s first 45 years of student success, its history and key leaders who helped the college evolve into the thriving institution that it is today. Don’t miss this opportunity to rub shoulders with past and present college presidents, administrators, college / foundation board members and county freeholders. It will also be a great time to network with local business and community leaders and catch up with college retirees, faculty and staff you haven’t seen in awhile.
Join us for a festive and memorable evening at Pines Manor, Edison, New Jersey, on Saturday May 1, 2010. A cocktail hour, offering scrumptious hors d’oeuvres, will begin at 6:00 PM followed by dinner at 7:00 PM Over 200 guests are this year. Guests will have a chance to bid on silent auction items including sports memorabilia, spa packages, fine wines and one-of-a-kind gifts. Guests will enjoy a sumptuous dinner, dancing and have a chance to win big by participating in the 50/50 raffle.
In addition to celebrating Middlesex County College’s 45th Anniversary, the Foundation will present its 2010 Campus Booster Award to Dr. Reginald Luke, for his outstanding personal leadership, advocacy and support of Middlesex County College Foundation.

Foundation Events…Fun and Beneficial
The Middlesex County College Foundation annually sponsors fundraising events. Proceeds raised at these events are essential to keeping our mission… “Helping students open doors to their futures with financial aid, scholarships and educational resources,” active and alive. The scholarship and financial aid needs of deserving MCC students continues to exceed the funds that are available annually. The participation of individuals, small businesses and corporations are essential to the success of these events.
These community fundraising events are also a vital tool in building new relationships with corporations, businesses, individual contributors and volunteers. The MCC Foundation takes pride in the success of these events and how the proceeds are utilized to advance our mission.
We welcome new volunteers, who are willing to give their time in assisting the Foundation to organize events and to help expand our contacts within Middlesex County. The involvement and support of the Foundation’s many volunteers enables the foundation to make a difference in the lives of deserving MCC students, by giving them the opportunity to achieve their academic and career goals.
