OER Commons - Open Educational Resources - Free-to-Use Teaching and Learning Content from around the World Organize K-12 Lessons, College Courses, and more for your Classroom.

Open Content is a range of education projects that include, SOFIA an open content initiative for Community Colleges, MIT OpenCourseWareCarnegie Mellon University Open Learning Initiative, the UK Open University OpenLearn initiative and others that offer high-quality "open knowledge" materials, full courses, components of courses such as modules and learning objects, library collections, and research data. UC Berkeley is now distributing lectures via Google Video.

Community College Open Textbook Project (CCOTP).

CCOTP - Open Textbooks - a list of open and free textbooks that may be suitable for use in community college courses. Wikibooks - a collection of open-content textbooks that anyone can edit.

Gateway to Educational Materials which gives access to high quality lesson plans, curriculum units and other education resources on the Internet.

MERLOT (Multimedia Educational Repository for Learning and Online Teaching) provides access to a wealth of peer reviewed learning objects, to view a video about MERLOT click here, and the following link leads to a wide range of Collections of Learning Objects. 

SMETE is a digital library of resources for students and teachers in the areas of science, mathematics, engineering and technology, as well as a community of educators in these fields.

Illumina is a collection of resources in the sciences, mathematics, technology, and engineering, with a focus on undergraduate teaching.

HEAL is a collection of multimedia resources for health colleges.
