New cardholders will be assigned a four-digit PIN.  Prior cardholders have automatically been assigned a default PIN of "CHANGEME"  If YOU ARE UNSURE about your PIN, please do not hesitate to contact a Reference Librarian.  You should change your PIN to something easily remembered.  It is preferable to use numbers, especially if you plan to use iBistro's automated telephone service in the future. 

From the menu bar of the catalog, select "MY ACCOUNT,"


and then select "User PIN Change"

Type your library card number, in its entirety, in the appropriate box. and your existing PIN.  Enter the new PIN in both designated fields, and then click "Change PIN."
