The Middlesex County College Chapter of The National Society of Black Engineers
The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), with more than 15,000 members, is one of the largest students run organizations in the country. NSBE’s mission is to increase the number of culturally responsible black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community. The organization is comprised of more than 300 chapters on college and university campuses, with interest groups in the U.S, Canada, Africa, England and the Caribbean.
The Middlesex County College Chapter of NSBE was founded during the fall semester of 2002 by Mansur President, Neesa Joseph, Eric Charles, Travis Tidwell, Jimmy McGriff, Russell Jordan and Jeff Peralta. MCC NSBE is the only two year college in the country to have a NSBE Chapter
