Spring 2007 Specially Scheduled Final Exam Schedules

Grade Reports.

Students must access grades online through CampusCruiser WebAdvisor.
A grade report for the midterm & Final at the end of the semester will no longer be mailed to students’ homes beginning fall 2007. 

 Grade reports for the current term can be ordered through CampusCruiser/WebAdvisor. Click on Student Services- Grades- Final grade request, and then follow the directions on line, once this request is processed a hard copy of the grades will be mailed to your address.

Grade reports other than the current term must be ordered through the Office of the Registrar.

 **Please note grade reports will be processed & mailed after all grades have been posted.**

Students may order an official transcript in person at the Office of the Registrar, online or through CampusCruiser/WebAdvisor, or they may download the Transcript Request Form  and mail to the  Registrar's office for processing.

· A: May 19 – June 11 (4 weeks)

· B: June 16 – July 9 (4 weeks)

· C: May 19 – July 3 (7 weeks)

· Summer II 2008

· D: July 14 – August 5 (4 weeks)

· E: July 7 – August 21 (7 weeks)

· F: May 19 – August 21 (14 weeks)

PLEASE NOTE: Building and room numbers are subject to change. Check your schedule in WebAdvisor prior to the start of the term for any building/room changes

TEN TOP REGISTRATION TIPS

To make your registration go smoothly, follow these tips:

  1. Meet with your advisor early to plan your schedule and make sure you are on track for graduation.
  2. Know your CampusCruiser/WebAdvisor Log In so that you can take advantage of web registration and other web services.
  3. Pay all outstanding fines and balances and clear any holds before you register. You may need to visit Academic Advising or the Registrar's Office to have web registration holds lifted.
  4. Check to make sure you have the prerequisites for the courses you plan to take. 
  5. Meet with a member of the Counseling and Career Services Staff to verify transferability of the courses you plan to take.
  6. Obtain any special permissions required in writing before you register in person.
  7. Take advantage of early web registration for the best choice of class times.
  8. Buy your books early.  Don't wait until classes start!
  9. Pay your tuition on time to avoid cancellation.  Payment Option Plans are available.
