GRADUATION/DIPLOMA INFORMATION
Application
Degrees and Certificates are awarded three times a year: in August, January, and May. You must submit an application for graduation/certification to the Cashier's Office well in advance of the graduation date.
The application fee is $40.
The deadlines for filing are:
- July 1 for August Graduation
- December 1 for January graduation
- March 1 for May Graduation
You must complete an academic major program to the satisfaction of the department administering the major. If you do not meet all degree or certificate requirements for the graduation date stated in their application, you must reapply in order to be considered for graduation at a later date. You are not charged an additional application fee.
