Whenever you need to change your major, you need to visit one of the following individuals/offices:

| Educational Opportunity Fund--EOF South I 107 |
| Minority Access to the Professions Scholars Program--MAPS South I 113 |
To obtain a change of major form, please click here to print out the form. Take the signed form to the Business Office and pay a $10 fee. Take the receipt and the signed form to the Registrar's Office for the change to go into effect.
