TRANSFER AND JOINT ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT

BETWEEN

BERKELEY COLLEGE AND MIDDLESEX COUNTY COLLEGE

March 2006

Berkeley College and Middlesex County College hereby enter into this agreement to facilitate the opportunities for students who wish to transfer with the Middlesex County College Associate Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Small Business Management, Fashion Merchandizing and Retail Management, Liberal Arts– Business option to the Berkeley College B.B.A. / B.S. Degree in Accounting, Entrepreneurship, General Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Management. Health Services Management, Human Resources Management, Fashion Marketing and Management. This agreement enumerates the conditions and requirements for students to transfer to Berkeley College with minimum loss of credits.

Students from Middlesex County College will be eligible to transfer to any of the Berkeley Campuses in New Jersey and New York, cognizant of the fact that Berkeley’s New Jersey campuses offer B.S. degrees and New York campuses offer B.B.A. degrees in the programs specified in this agreement.

Because Berkeley realizes that educational costs are an important consideration when selecting a college, Berkeley College offers protection from tuition increases to students who maintain continuous, full-time enrollment.  In addition, Berkeley will offer scholarships to Middlesex County College Associate Degree graduates of up to $5000 per academic year.
