Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East - 28 November 2018 12:35 pm

The driver of Vehicle #2 was stopped allowing a pedestrian to cross when it was struck from behind by Vehicle #1. Both vehicles sustained significant damage; no injuries were reported. #I-2108-025746 – Closed C.


Theft - L'Hommedieu Hall - 26 November 2018 8:31 am

A staff member reported to police that upon returning to work on 11/26/2018, she noticed that upon entering secured room #257A of L’H, the computer had been turned on and the computer mouse was missing.  She also noticed a tablet was turned on. Motor Vehicle Accident - Lot #4 - 26 November 2018 5:43 pm

The driver of Vehicle #1 slowed down almost to a stop as a vehicle in front of her began backing out of a parking spot. Vehicle #1 was then struck from behind by Vehicle #2 which failed to stop behind Vehicle #1. #I-2018-025542 – Closed C.


Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East - 26 November 2018 2:01 pm

Vehicle #1 was struck from behind by Vehicle #2 while traveling north on College Drive East. The driver of Vehicle #2 stated that she attempted to stop her vehicle but due to the wet ground her brakes gave out. Vehicle #1 sustained minor damage to the rear bumper. Vehicle #2 sustained significant damage to the front bumper and hood. Both drivers refused medical attention. #I-2018-025526 – Closed C.


Motor Vehicle Accident - Lot #4 - 21 November 2018 1:52 pm

The driver of Vehicle #2 was traveling north in Lot #4 when her vehicle was struck on the right quarter panel by Vehicle #1 which was traveling west in Lot #4, attempting to turn left. Vehicle #1 sustained moderate damage to the right side of the front bumper. Vehicle #2 sustained considerable damage to the right quarter panel and the immediate area inside the right rear wheel well. Both drivers declined medical attention. #I-2018-025231 – Closed C.


Suspicious Person - Lot #6A - 21 November 2018 9:40 am

Police responded to Lot #6A on the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, police were met by an individual who stated that he was disseminating flyers on parked vehicles for an upcoming Playboi Carti concert.  The subject was issued a defiant trespass. #I-2018-025213 – Closed C.


Criminal Mischief - Johnson Learning Center - 19 November 2018 12:56 pm

Maintenance personnel reported to police that criminal mischief had occurred in JLC, first floor men’s restroom. Police observed the inside wooden door tilted to the right attached only by the bottom hinge. There was also a substantial split down the inside center of the door frame. #I-2018-024993 – Closed B.


Motor Vehicle Accident - College Drive East - 15 November 2018 2:25 pm

Vehicle #1 was traveling west on College Drive East and stopped in traffic.   Vehicle #2, which was traveling behind Vehicle #1, was unable to stop and rear-ended Vehicle #1. The driver and passenger of Vehicle #1 were transported to a local hospital after complaining of neck pain. The driver of Vehicle #2 did not request medical treatment. #I-2018-024711 – Closed C.


Medical - Parkside Drive - 13 November 2018 5:18 pm

An individual lost footing while crossing the street and struck her head on the pavement. Upon arrival by police, the patient was conscious and alert. EMS transported the patient to a local hospital for further evaluation. #I-2018-024534 – Closed C.


Damaged Property - Library - 13 November 2018 8:35 pm

Police responded to the Library on the report of an individual who had torn off the back cover of an organic chemistry book which belonged to the Library. The subject proceeded to leave the building without checking out the book but tripped the anti-theft alarm in the front lobby. The subject denied ripping off the back cover and stated she was going to borrow the book for the day, returning it the following day. The subject is not a student and was issued a defiant trespass. #I-2018-024552 – Closed C.


Harassment - West Hall - 09 November 2018 10:25 am

An individual stated that he was being harassed by another student. The subject was following the victim in the parking areas, mostly on Mondays and Wednesdays, and threatened to cause damage to his vehicle. The subject was identified and denied having any problem with the victim. The subject was advised that any further incident would lead to student code of conduct and possibly criminal charges. #I-2018-024261 – Closed C.


Motor Vehicle Accident - Lot #4 - 08 November 2018 9:34 am

Vehicle #2 was backing out of a parking spot when it was struck by Vehicle #1 traveling southbound in Lot #4. Vehicle #1 sustained minor paint damage to its front bumper. Vehicle #2 sustained moderate damage to its passenger side rear bumper. No injuries were reported. #I-2018-024162


Motor Vehicle Accident - Lot #1 - 08 November 2018 12:18 pm

The driver of Vehicle #1 stated that as he was parking his vehicle, he drove up too far striking the front bumper of parked Vehicle #2. There was no visible damage to either vehicle.  The driver of Vehicle #1 refused medical attention. #I-2018-024003 – Closed C.


Arrest - Lot #2 - 05 November 2018 5:04 pm

Police were dispatched to the P.E.C. after a report came into Headquarters of a suspicious person possibly going through lockers. The subject was located in Lot #2.  Initially, the subject gave false information as to his identification. Their was a strong odor of marijuana emanating from his clothing/backpack. The subject was taken into custody for possession and additionally charged with providing false information. #I-2018-023939 – Closed A.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Lot #6 - 05 November 2018 9:26 pm

It was reported to police, that Vehicle #1 backed out of a parking space and struck parked Vehicle #2. The driver left the scene. A license plate matching the vehicle description was given to police by a witness.  Contact was made with the driver instructing him to return to campus. The driver was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident,  as well as a summons for failing to report an accident. #I-2018-023942 – Closed C.


Criminal Mischief - College Center - 01 November 2018 6:37 pm

Police responded to the College Center on the report of criminal mischief. Upon arrival they were met by staff personnel who advised that there was an Identity Evropa sticker in the area between College Center and Main Hall. Upon further investigation, police discovered an Identity Evropa sticker on a light post in front of Center III. The stickers were removed. I-2018-023658 – Closed C.


Arrest - Lot #11 - 01 November 2018 10:42 am

While conducting parking enforcement in Lot #11, police observed what appeared to be marijuana in a vehicle which had been parked without a permit. After speaking with the owner and receiving consent to search the vehicle, police found 3 small baggies of a green leafy substance which appeared to be, and emanated an odor of, raw marijuana.  The subject was processed and released on a summons. #I-2018-023631 – Closed A.
