Fee Policy

It is important for our families to know we work hard to maintain sound financial policy which enables the Child Care Center to continue to deliver quality services on a full time basis. The Center’s Regular Fee Schedule is based on a 8 am until 5 pm day (Monday through Friday). All children are to be picked up before 5 pm. Additional late fees will be applied after 5 pm and habitual lateness will lead to dismissal from the Center as per the Parent Handbook.

The Center’s fee schedule (8 am–5 pm) for the 2020-2021 school year is:

Preschool & Kindergarten

Your fee represents a reservation for your child’s space in the center, somewhat like tuition for college. Fees are assessed on a monthly basis. If your child enters or leaves the program in the middle of the month, your fee will be adjusted for that month. We require that you give us 30 days notice for withdrawal from the program or your full fee for the month (or for 30 days from child’s last day of attendance) will be assessed.

Fees are apportioned to cover the complete care with built-in allowance for the average absentee rate. Therefore, there will be no reduction in the fee for sick days, vacation days, professional days, holidays or any reason that causes the absence of a child.

Fees are to be paid on the first of each month if paying the monthly rate (or on the first and fifteenth of each month if arrangements have been made to pay twice a month). If full monthly is not paid before the 20th of the month, a late charge of $10.00 will be applied. If paid weekly, the higher weekly rate will prevail and payments are due on the first day of the week.
