Classroom Instruction

Your instructors will be in contact with you regarding the continuation of instruction. Note that your instructors will be using technology to teach, but that does not mean that your classes will be structured the way traditional online courses are structured. If you have ever taken a traditional online course before, it was probably structured so that you had assignments to complete by a certain date but did not have to be present online at a given time. In contrast, during this time, many instructors will expect you to log on to the course in Canvas or in another technology such as Zoom at the same time as your scheduled class time. For example, if your class meets on campus at 9:30 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays, it will meet online on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am. Please watch for email messages from your faculty with instructions and check your courses in Canvas.

The Library and [effective: Friday, March 20, 8 pm] the Learning Center computing lab (Instructional Resource Center 241) will remain closed until further notice.
