Students, faculty and staff are provided Office 365 accounts granting access to a rich suite of online services. Microsoft Outlook, one of the Office 365 applications, provides robust email and calendaring services. Other Office 365 applications commonly used include OneDrive for secure file storage and sharing, the Outlook mobile app, and online versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
There are many opportunities to collaborate using the online services provided by the College. Files may be shared through OneDrive for real-time collaboration on content creation. SharePoint sites may also serve as collaboration points and centralized document repositories for departments or for committee work. Faculty and staff may take advantage of Zoom web conferencing services to host online meetings.
