Support

The IT Help Desk is available to assist students, faculty and staff in the access and use of College computing resources and services.

Support is available through several channels:

  • Web Form – this will immediately create a service request and alert staff
  • Email – send your request for help to helpdesk@middlesexcc.edu
  • Phone – please call 732-906-4251
  • Walk-in – stop by the IT Support Office located in the Johnson Learning Center

Training

Training on a variety of technology topics is available to faculty and staff.
Topics include:

  • Office 365 – basic to intermediate use
  • Introduction to Colleague and Self Services
  • Information Security and Privacy

Custom training programs may be developed if there is sufficient need and interest. One-on-one training on specific topics may also be requested.
