To reset an expired NetID password or to change your password:
- Click on NetID Account Management
- Type your NetID in the first field (not your full email address)
- Type your current or expired password in the password field.
- The screen will display a ribbon, click the down arrow next to your name and select change password
- Enter a new password.
Your password must be at least 10 characters with at least two of the following components: Upper case, lower case, number, special character.
We recommend that you log back into the NetID Account Management product and set up challenge responses in case you have problems with your password in the future.
