Bright STARS
Graduating students who are enrolled in NJ STARS were honored at a reception before graduation. STARS is a program that covers tuition for those students who graduate in the top 15 percent of their high school class and go to their community college. Many of the students will be transferring to a four-year public college or university in New Jersey under STARS II, which provides a significant scholarship for those who graduate from STARS I with a high grade point average.
