Quantity Food Production and Menu Design

Celebrity judges were treated to a wonderful culinary experience as they sampled work from Professor Andrew Rubin’s Quantity Food Production and Menu Design class.

The group toured the food lab and spoke with students. Mr. Egan was on campus to talk about developing food management internship opportunities with Jersey Mike’s.
