Today’s Table: Learn to be a Great Cook
This fall, you can learn how to be a great chef. “Today’s Table: Classes for Contemporary Cooks” will be held in the Crabiel Hall culinary lab and include tastings of food prepared by the chef and a copy of the recipes.

Express Yourself: MCC’s Tri-State Writers’ Workshop Set for Oct. 27
A writers’ workshop open to the public will be held at MCC on Saturday, October 27. The program mixes sessions on writing skills with practical tips on selling what you have written. There is also a spoken word contest; the winner will receive $100.

Casino Night Fundraiser to Support College Scholarships
Middlesex County College is offering an enjoyable night of make-believe gambling on Thursday, October 18 at the Rosewood, 2863 Woodbridge Avenue in Edison. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.; the games begin at 6 p.m.
