Your Vote Counts
The MCC New Brunswick Center, along with the League of Women Voters, promoted voting and helped first-time voters understand the process of voting at a workshop in September. Panel members Keith Jones II, organizer in the New Brunswick Mayor’s Office (foreground); Mariam Merced, director of Community Health Promotions at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital; and Dr. Clarence McMillan, MCC professor, explained why voting is so important and urged students to register.
