The Edison Elks #2487 recently donated $2,500 worth of food to the Middlesex County College Food Pantry. The Elks, one of the oldest and largest fraternal organizations in the country, is dedicated to community service, with a special focus on young people, food insecurity, veterans, military families, and children with developmental disabilities. “We like to better our community,” said Doug Pearson, past exalted ruler of the chapter.
