The Middlesex County College Baseball Team Wins its Third Game in a Row

MCC baseball playerMYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – The Middlesex County College baseball team won its third game in a row on its spring trip Sunday with a 16-6 victory over Spoon River College of Canton, Illinois.

Bryan Camelo fanned two over three innings of relief work to collect his first victory over the season.

MCC erased a three-run deficit.

James Tyminksi went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs and a stolen base.

Mike Russo reached base safely all five of his plate appearances. He finished the day 2-for-2 with four runs scored and three stolen bases.

Manager C.J. Mooney’s team plays a doubleheader Monday against Mohawk Valley Community College of Utica, N.Y. and Illinois Valley Community College of Oglesby, Illinois.
