Reminder of Vaccination Documentation Deadline
Please remember that documentation of vaccination against COVID-19 must be submitted by December 1st to avoid being deregistered from on-campus classes for the Spring 2022 semester. After December 1st, you will need to submit documentation of vaccination against COVID-19 to register for on-campus classes for the Spring 2022 semester.
If your vaccination sequence is not complete (you’ve only had your first shot of a two-shot sequence) you may be eligible for an extension for a limited time to allow you to complete your vaccination sequence prior to January 15th. Please submit your current documentation along with your appointment for your second shot to be considered for this extension.
Please also note that you do not need to submit vaccination documentation to register for or participate in courses that are online or remote-live for the Spring 2022 semester.
