Withdrawal Period for Fall 2020 Courses Extended

MCC understands that the fall 2020 semester has been especially challenging and the recent increases in COVID-19 incidences across the State may have further impacted students and their families as we near the conclusion of the semester.

Therefore, the College has decided to extend the withdrawal period for full-term courses (course dates of 9/8/20 – 12/18/20), fall II courses (course dates of 9/28/20 – 12/18/20) and 2nd 7-Week Courses (course dates of 10/26/20 – 12/18/20) to Friday, December 18th which is the last date of the semester.

This extension means that students may continue to withdraw online using MCC Self Service through the extended deadline date of Friday, December 18th to receive a grade of Withdrawal (W or QW) or may email the withdrawal request from their MCC email account to

No withdrawal requests will be processed after December 18th at which time faculty will begin assigning final grades.
