Given the College’s remote operations, any bidder intending to hand-deliver bids or proposals must request an appointment to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to insure that a Purchasing Department staff member will be available to accept the delivery.
Parcel drivers (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) have been having difficulty making delivery as only the College main entrance on Woodbridge Ave. is open. It is strongly encouraged that any bid, RFQ, RFP or special quote submissions be scheduled for delivery a few days before the deadline in the event a second attempt at delivery is needed.

Original proposals must be returned to Chambers Hall Room 219 prior to the closing date and time. The College shall not accept any Bid/RFP that is not on an official Bid/RFP invitation form. Bids and Proposals (RFP’s) must have an ORIGINAL signature and be returned to Middlesex County College. Do not E-mail or fax bid/RFP responses.
