Any bidder intending to hand-deliver bids or proposals must request an appointment by emailing purchasing@middlesexcc.edu to insure that a staff member will be available to accept the delivery.

  

NOTE:  As of March 1, 2021, all new solicitations will be posted to the College’s Procurement Portal.  Click the link above to register or to view vendor opportunities.

Bidders must request specifications directly by downloading from the Procurement Portal in order to be considered a registered bid / RFP holder.  Vendors are encouraged to read The Home News Tribune for publications of legal ads for bid announcements.

Bids and proposals must have ORIGINAL signature(s) and must be returned to Chambers Hall Room 219 prior to the closing date and time (electronic responses such as email or fax are not accepted).  Preliminary results posted are pending legal review and Board of Trustees approval.
