Registration requirements for new and returning student clubs and organizations include a minimum of seven (7) members, faculty/staff advisor and a club constitution. Contact the Student Life office if you are interested in registering a new or returning student organization for the Spring 2019 semester.
The FA/18 – SP/19 Student Club and Organization Online Event Request Form is required for approval of all student clubs and organization sponsored events, including meetings, lectures, screenings, parties, trips, etc.. All event request forms must be submitted a minimum of three (4) weeks prior to the intended event date.

Use the Student Group Catering Order Form to order food for your event. All orders must be for events that have been approved by the Student Life Office. All catering orders are paid for through your student club/organization’s allocated budget.

Mandatory student clubs and organizations leadership development workshops will be held Tuesday, October 30, and Tuesday, Nov. 27 at 2:00 p.m. in College Center, room 319. Student clubs and organizations must send a representative to each meeting.
Student clubs and organizations can fulfill one of their required two (2) community service per semester by donating nutritional canned and other non-perishable food and personal hygiene items to the new MCC Cares Food Pantry which supports MCC students in need.
