Registration requirements for new student clubs and organizations include a minimum of seven (7) members, faculty/staff advisor and a club constitution. Students interested in registering a new student club or organization must first contact the Student Life Office for more information.
The Student Club and Organization Online Event Request Form is required for approval of all student clubs and organization sponsored events, including meetings, lectures, screenings, parties, trips, etc.. All event request forms must be submitted a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to the intended event date.

Use the Student Group Catering Order Form to order food for your event. All orders must be for events that have been approved by the Student Life Office. All catering orders are paid for through your student club/organization’s allocated budget.

All student clubs/organizations must attend one meeting per month. Student groups have two opportunities during the month of March to fulfill this mandatory requirement. Workshops for the month of March will be held Monday, March 5, 2018 in College Center, room 319 from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon and Thursday. March 8, 2018 in College Center 319 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m..
Student clubs and organizations can fulfill one of their required two (2) community service per semester by donating nutritional canned and other non-perishable food and personal hygiene items to the new MCC Cares Food Pantry which supports MCC students in need.
