STUDENT CLUB & ORGANIZATION REGISTRATION

Registration requirements for new and returning student organizations include a minimum of ten (10) members, faculty/staff advisor and a club constitution. Contact the Student Life Office for more information on registering a club for the Fall 2020 semester.

EVENT REQUEST FORM

The Spring 2020 Student  Organization Online Event Request Form is required for approval of all student clubs and organization sponsored events, including meetings, lectures, screenings, parties, trips, etc.. All in-person events are cancelled until further notice. For more information, contact the Student Life Office at Student_Life@middlesexcc.edu.

STUDENT GROUP CATERING ORDER FORM

Use the Student Group Catering Order Form to order food for your event. All orders must be for events that have been approved by the Student Life Office. All catering orders are paid for through your student club/organization’s allocated budget. All in-person events are cancelled until further notice. Therefore, no catering orders will be taken at this time. For more information, contact the Student Life Office at Student_Life@middlesexcc.edu

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

All mandatory student clubs and organizations leadership development workshops for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester are cancelled until further notice.

COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

Student clubs and organizations can fulfill one of their required two (2) community service per academic year by donating nutritional canned and other non-perishable food and personal hygiene items to the MCC Cares Food Pantry.
